The check-in process and automatic locks at the property were very confusing. I could not get through to an actual person. Also, the access to the beach is not nearly as close as it looks on a map. Other than that, it’s a beautiful property, with nice accommodations.

Our toilet was stopped up when we got to our room, they sent up a plunger that was covered in poop in a pillow case that was the same way, asked them to come fix it and they did not, we had to leave the room and take the elevator down to use the bathrooms down stairs for our whole stay we had 3 small kids and this was extremely aggrevating.

The condo was amazing! Nice bedrooms and living space. Super clean and within walking distance to the beach and pool. Property was very secure with a security guard at the entrance. Lots of parking available. Loved staying here.
