The room is badly in need of renovation. Wardrobe door was hanging off as were some of the curtains which were a bit dirty. The carpet was very grotty. Altogether not a pleasant room to stay in. However, it appeared clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was clean and efficient. The price was a bit much for the condition of the room.

Property was a touch "dated" BUT that is understandable being the original part of town. Staff were very helpful & attentive. Hayley in particular was most helpful. Rooms were big, bed was a King & very comfortable. Facilities all functioned well. Hot water was excellent. Location to town & LRBC was great. Room was quiet & well double brick insulated. complaints !No

One morning the hot water was barely luke warm. The internet was very patchy. Most of the time it cut out so had to use our own data. Staff were helpful except in respect of the internet. Otherwise OK
