The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean but tired. The bathroom was in need of a renovation. There was paint peeling from the walls and water stains on the ceiling. The furniture was also worn out. The accommodations felt very overpriced.

The check in and out process was easy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good, and the location of the hotel is very convenient and an easy uber ride to the downtown area. Upon my arrival, I did find a bed bug. Thankfully, I wasn’t in the room long, and Notified staff immediately and they were able to move me floors and rooms. The second room had a musty smell. Carpet was stained, but that room was bed bug free.

Room was spacious and quiet even with the location being right beside the interstate... Breakfast was hot ... Only problem was I asked for extra pillows when booking and at check in and they said they didn't have any.. had to go buy some to use.
