The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We were accidentally sent to the wrong room at first, but they quickly fixed the issue and got us into the correct room right away, which we really appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. We’ve stayed here several times before and have always had a positive experience. It’s a solid choice for a quick, convenient stay in Lexington.

When we checked in, we were charged incorrectly. When I addressed it with staff, and was told there were new staff who didn’t understand procedure. On our second night, we were locked out of our room due to a malfunction of the deadbolt. Staff refused to call maintenance stating that maintenance was in bed. I have medical issues and medical equipment that I needed to access but was denied. I had to ask the next morning again for them to call in maintenance. Maintenance did show up within an hour, but had to remove the entire door lock to enter the room. I was also informed that this has happened before… I was then told that I would only be charged for one night. When I checked my statement, they had not only not fixed the previous issue, but then charged me an additional $127 on top of that. Finally, the charges were released from my bank account. However, I still ended up being charged for two nights, even though I was forced to downgrade our last night due to their system’s malfunction. I recommend using extreme caution if you decide to book here

Room and common areas were very clean! Perfect sized room. Pool was down which was a bummer (hotels.com needs to provide hotel managers a way to do a notice/warning/etc for amenities being down for those of us with kids who pick hotels based on if they have pools)
