No pool service and overall disapointed

The pool was down and didnt notify us until we arrived. The front desk offered for us to use the snap gym hot tub but it closed earlier than she had said and didn’t allow children. Very noisy hotel, not sound insulated well. Toilet paper was very thin. Shower didn’t have sufficient hot water. Drapes allowed too much light in. Garbages had no replacement trash bag, so we had no where to leave trash. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. Not worth the price, especially without a working pool.

To be honest this was the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in me and my nephew had double queen beds the one my nephew slept on had what looked like blood stains on his sheet a large amount. When we first got into the room something instantly hit me nose started to run throat got all scratchy could breath the whole night I was so plugged up I couldn't sleep. Then I'n the bathroom above the toilet were looked to be more blood spots on the wall. So over all I won't be staying at that hotel again quality inn do better....I would like to know who to talk to, to get compensated for my room?

Great bargain.

Great price, and a wonderful breakfast. Room was a little shabby, chair was worn, and stained. The pool and hot tub were closed for no apparent reason. :-(

Seems like in the morning the staff stays in the back room for lengthy periods of time instead of checking on the breakfast supplies and refueling the food/ coffee. Also, staying for a week and no room service ☹️
