Bathroom tap was not attached to the counter, room door handle was loose/broken, stained duvet, multiple (20-30) flies in room, dirty/grimy hot tub seats/stairs and insects in the swimming pool. And nobody was readily available at the front desk, always had to ring the bell and wait, usually 5-10 minutes. Already reported to the hotel through an email survey.

Excellent value for the price paid!

Great location and comfortable hotel. Service was good and the breakfast was tasty. Some of the finishes are a bit tired but didn’t affect my stay. Excellent value for money.

The staff at the Comfort inn were professional and welcoming. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided had many options and was clean. The only problem I had was my key wouldn't work, I had to run downstairs to reception to have it reactivated. The strange thing I found was that the room door handles had to be pulled up instead of in a downward motion. I liked that it was pet friendly. We had a great time and we would happily stay again.

The whole place was nice and clean. The hot tub was great and the pool area in excellent condition. It's close to a bunch of dining options with plenty of available park, I'd stay here again
