Hopefully this helps: 1) the place is beautiful both the unit (we were in building 2) and the view is absolutely spectacular! 2) communication with host was fine although I did not have WhatsApp . 3) there were snacks and drinks upon our arrival which was nice. After there was a hiccup with payment and it was resolved the communication pretty much stopped. We had an issue when the microwave or random questions and there was no real communication at all which was disappointing. 3) the pool is one depth so if your short like me 5’4 it might be a bit difficult 4) place is about 30-45 min from where the restaurants and main activities are so be prepared for this , it sits on a hill and Google Maps gets confused or we were because there are no street signs which was confusing in getting up the hill to the property We would 100% stay there again!

Good location, decent property. Pools not great, small and some days water looked cloudy. The beach was okay but pretty rocky. Got the breakfast buffet the food was fair, nothing great. Rooms clean. Nothing was stand out or special though would probably stay elsewhere next time.

The managers on duty and operations managers were prompt and responsive.

This is not a family resort. The music is blaring at the pool all day long and also in front of the resort by some restaurant or business until late. Rooms are ok but not worthy of the money spent. The online pics make us look much larger and nice than it is in reality. All of this brings in a certain crowd shall we say. Won’t be back.

Included in our stay was a complimentary breakfast for 2, which was amazing! Fresh croissants and pain au chocolates with yogurt, juice, and coffee. The view from the room was breathtaking as well. The cleanliness in general was good, but there was obvious dust collecting in places like the mirrors. The ventilation also had visible dust in the air. The staff, while friendly, were difficult to work with. There is not someone there at all times, except for security at night. They give you phone numbers to call staff members after hours in the event of an emergency. Our air conditioning went out in the evening and it was almost unbearably warm. I placed more than 20 phone calls between all the numbers provided and couldn't reach anybody. I was eventually called back after 10pm and was told someone would be working on it. I was then contacted after 11pm saying they couldn't fix it, and they would be willing to move my whole family to another room for the night. As my children were already asleep, this wasn't a reasonable fix. This resort is also quite a distance from anything tourists go to the island to do, so a lot of time is spent driving each day. This could be good for those who are looking to be away from the hustle though. For most of the time we were there, our experience was acceptable. Unfortunately the gravity of the problems we experienced really left a bad taste in our mouth. The price was reasonable for what it is, but I don't intend to stay there again.

Staying at this property was absolutely wonderful! Welcoming staff and their attentiveness to my needs and concerns were top tier! Will definitely stay there again.

The condo and property was clean and well decorated and maintained. We had an awesome stay and will return.
