The hotel was not as expected. The room did not match the photos shown online and was unclean. There was mold on the bathroom wall and blood stains on the bed, which made the room unacceptable. Due to the condition of the room, we decided to leave immediately after check-in and did not stay at the hotel. We informed the front desk at the time of checkout that we were leaving because of the cleanliness issues. Additionally, the hotel’s location was not suitable for our needs.

Very dated furnishings that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When arriving in room the windows were left wide open to try disguise the smell. It was 4°c and took 2 hours to warm the room up. Couldn’t get the smell out of the bathroom at all. And there was a dirty shower curtain around the bath. Requested a different room and were told no.

Booked 2 rooms, only used 1 because the smell was disgusting in room 18. The room we used (23) was dirty with vomit on the walls. The fan was filthy, bugs in light fitting, furniture in need of replacing. It was noisy from Indian restaurant next door. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress should be discarded immediately. The key for the door kept getting stuck. We cut short a 2 night stay and will never return. For a budget hotel I still expect a good standard of clealiness.

Never book here

Fireworks and partying until 2am on a Sunday night. Absolutely disgraceful, but only one contact number at reception worked. When I spoke to the person in charge they said they would speak with the restaurant but the noise, so people outside the hotel roaming about setting fireworks off continued until 2am.
