There was an issue at the reception as a member of staff had a complaint from a customer so when i was checking in he had to help her out but didnt finish my booking in or ask if i would wait to do this which i thought was a bit rude

Sort the keycards out

I've stayed at this hotel several times and everytime there is an issue with the key cards not working correctly. The system is ancient and the owner really needs to invest in a better system. The food at the restaurant is a warmed up Brakes catalogue and is a complete rip off. The Staff are a real saviour of this place and are always helpful and friendly.

Great Hotel and Staff

Stayed here for one night while visiting Leeds - great value for money for the room and the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was amazing value - evening meal was a slight challenge and very slow service. The Pool, Sauna and Steam Room are a little tired and could do with a refurbishment.
