We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Easy check in. Great location near the airport. Super clean. Smelled really good. Good parking. Safe. Nice decor. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and clean. After receiving a very nice welcome email touting their pool area I was very disappointed that it was not open. Their bistro area was also closed and there was no microwave in the room making impossible to eat anything in your room. Had to leave the property and drive to a restaurant for every meal.

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.

When We arrived the valet area was full of trash We were concerned But the staff was great and the room was very large and clean and comfortable My daughter moved to Houston and we needed a hotel nearby We were there 3 nights We will be back!!!! Very lovely place
