The “luxury suite” was nice unfortunately only half the shower head functioned and all of the beds were like sleeping on lumpy rocks. The slide at the pool was not working so the kids were disappointed. The valet, check in staff, and waiters by the pool were friendly but other staff looked miserable. We have stayed here every year for the past 5 years and it seems to be going down hill, especially for the price you pay.

We enjoyed our ground floor room that was so close to both the beach and pool. The layout of the room was different in that the master did not have an en suite bathroom but other than that we had a wonderful time on the property!

Pay and pay and pay! $9.99 /day for WiFi. Even though most hotels offer free WiFi. Paid parking! Unless you’re planning on staying inside the hotel for the duration of your stay you’ll pay $36 for valet or $20 for self parking and $5 each time your vehicle leaves the parking lot in the same day you paid the $20 to self park. No microwave oven! Which means don’t bring back leftovers or you’ll be eating cold food. Either way you’ll be leaving the hotel grounds for food costing at least $5 to retrieve your car from self parking or pay $36 for valet to retrieve it for you. This place is like a trap. Once you check in the real billing meter starts and your alternatives are non existent.

Room hardwares and cleaness very good, but Landing App did not properly work, not easy to link up with the landlord/agent for check-in/check-out process.
