The food was fresh and herbs used were straight from the restaurant’s garden. The hotel owner was there and he made me feel as I I were home. This is an excellent, quaint and beautiful place.

Very nice clean hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms but very poor customer service. The hotel has almost 200 rooms but only had one person at the front desk to check people in so we had to wait more than 30 minutes even though many other employees, and the manager passed and watched us waiting. At other times when I asked questions to the front desk about directions or where a souvenir shop it they were super unhelpful and indifferent.

Room spacious clean with lounge and two toilets. Swim and sauna and steam room were fantastic and open at good times.

Placed looked nothing like the pictures, smell of hangover and sweat hit the nose right after entry, air conditioner is way too small for the place it was very hot and humid inside and it was only 18C outside, I can't imagine the place when it's 25-30C outside, not even a coffee or a decent coffee mashine, definitely not worth 250 Eur/night

This place functions like an AirBNB. If you are expecting at 15 room hotel as listed, you will be disspointed. The parking provided is a free-for-all alleyway where your vehicle will be blocked in if you manage to get in there. If you want an AirBNB experience in a good location this place can work. There is an odd toilet with a loud pump and they expect you to take out your trash a block away down the street and take care of the bedding yourself. If you want a hotel experience as we did, this place will dissapoint. The room we had was multilevel with steep spiral stairs that were not mentioned in the listing. Most of the electrical did not work. The room was very noisy as a busy restaurant courtyard is right outside the veranda. It was quiet downstairs in the bedroom though. Overall this is a great location but functions like an AirBNB, the host lists a phone number that would not work for calls or SMS so we were left with only email communication to the host.

Good location for restaurants , Carson’s attractions relaxing environment and friendly staff . Nice outside terrace to have drink . Rooms very spacious and quiet .
