Incredibly small room, was almost hard to navigate around the bed of both of you were standing. Comfortable clean bed though. Had free water cooler to fill your bottle. Breakfast buffet was ok.

Stayed overnight for an early flight. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good (not a lot of variety but had some classic Filipino dishes). As noted by previous reviews, no elevators and rooms are small but staff did help with carrying luggage up the stairs.

Overnight layover in Cebu, so I wanted a hotel that was close to the airport. The hotel shuttle service was great and very helpful. The room was a little small but very nice and super clean. The included breakfast was good and the staff were great. I would definitely stay there again..

I made a paid on advance reservation with a single queen bed. I knew the flight from Korea was scheduled to arrive around 23:30, 30 minutes before midnight. It turns out that the flight was 45 minutes late, after that. I had a friend at my destination call the Hotel, advising them that I would be able additional 45minutes late. He forwarded their return text I chose the Felicity because it is very close to Cebu International Airport. When I got to the Hotel the clerk told me that she let my room go. HOW COULD SHE BE ALLOWED TO DO THIS!? I paid in full and I could have left it empty all night if I wanted. Instead I'm dumped into this hole in the wall, smaller bed, NO HOT WATER PLUMBED IN! This was obviously a very low class room for who knows who! With fees, taxes, Insurance I paid over $60. DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE!
