Great location overlooking the canal. We stayed 2 nights, ate in the restaurant the first night and had cooked breakfasts. Every meal was lovely, the staff were great and attentive to our needs. In general customer service was fantastic and all the staff were friendly and helpful

Staff were for the most part very helpful and friendly. Room was well appointed. Only thing that stopped it being 5 stars was the layout of the bathroom with a small gap to get into the shower. Also the remote control needs a good clean. Beds very comfortable and good amenities. Good choice at breakfast.
