I would highly recommend this hotel. It is new, clean, big and spacious rooms. The staff were very nice and helpful. This was one of the best places we stayed on our trip to the area.

Very nice hotel and we were able to park near our room. There’s also a pool in hot tub and a fitness center and a game room in the hotel so it is laid out very nicely.

This hotel needs to come off list of properties. I got two bedroom suite and a queen room. Rooms are: Old, bathroom had mold around ceiling, heat vents rusty and falling off. Black on ceiling from ac and heat vent. Return vent was filthy. Food on closet floor. Towels were grey. Cracked tile in bathroom. Pull out couch was all frayed. I would take this off your list of properties. I am totally disappointed in my stay.

Generally, the room was ok but nothing special. It was dated and tired feeling. The whole place could use a facelift. The breakfast was not great. All processed food with the exception of the fruit on the counter. There was very little hot food put out, i.e. a few pieces of greasy bacon,sausage patties and some type egg of product.

Overall was a comfortable experience. rooms are spacious, and property is fairly well maintained. the staff were helpful and friendly. this is a solid 3 star hotel but for the area its the best around. Great value stay. nice amenities- pool, game room, outdoor kids area, breakfast, large walkable grounds. just 3 minute drive to downtown area with restaurants and shops. 7 mins to Santa's Village. Perfect for ATV overnights, just a short 30 min drive to North Country ATV trail head parking.

Avoid the motor lodge

Let me start by saying the Cabot Inn & Suites consists of two distinctly different properties. The main building appears to be fairly new and in good shape. It houses a game room, large pool and the (small) breakfast room. It's clean and cozy and has a spectacular mountain view. The second property is a rundown motor lodge across the road. We found ourselves in the area needing emergency accommodations and this was the only place with rooms available. So, we were grateful for a place to sleep. Our bathroom was crawling with lady bugs, the bed was hard and uncomfortable all of the amenities being across the road was somewhat inconvenient. But at least we had a place to sleep and the rate was very reasonable. I would not return to this property unless I was assured my room would be in the main building.
