We had a great time staying at BOB it was such a fun place

staff was very nice, parking was great, but the room was not cleaned very well.

Our first room was filled with mold, dead cockroaches and outdated and basically disgusting. The hallways are disgusting too. The staff was disinterested in everything work related especially the woman that I talked to twice who was more interested in her phone. The pool was closed due to rain I was told. I understand lightning because I’m from Florida but there was no rain or lightning close by last night . We ended up staying with our daughter in her efficiency apartment because I was told I would be charged for room no matter what. This place should be shut down.

We arrived after midnight and were planning to just jump in the bed for an early start the next morning. From the time we entered the lobby, we noticed the heat...probably 80+ degrees easily. We didn't think much of the heat as we just wanted to get our room and go to sleep. As soon as we entered the room, we notice the heat again and upon checking the AC, we see that its set at 80. So its too uncomfortable to sleep and even though I set it to 67, it took 3 hours for the room to cool down. I know because I was awake at 3am...waiting for it to cool down. I think they're trying to conserve electricity but it makes it very uncomfortable. Won't stay here again.

The office doubles as a drive thru liquor store which seems pretty cool until you realize there’s no ice machine and if you want ice you have to purchase from the liquor store. No chairs in the rooms. Barely any storage for clothes or anything in the rooms. No breakfast, no phones in the room , so no wake up call. There was a tire swing that was pretty cool and a nice cool lil area for grillin but otherwise I wouldn’t stay here again. Oh and the light in the bathroom stopped working.. no it wasn’t the bulb it would flicker sometimes. But eventually stopped working. But again, no phone in the room to call and let them know. And the floors were not clean
