Hotel was okay went for a birthday trip. Staff were nice. Had dirty sheets on bed and didn’t notice until almost time to check out. Not sure why considered 4 star hotel— more like 3 star. Did not live up to expectations. Breakfast from on site coffee spot was not edible. If I go back to Lake Geneva I will choose another hotel.

Generally, nice clean place. See your dozens of times. Room was missing side tables for the bed and missing a headboard as well as some other items. Renovations are in progress outside and within some of the rooms however ones that are not ready should not be rented out. Restaurant menu has changed and some items are not quite as good as they used to be. Breakfast items also changed and are just OK now.

We stay often for years & 1st time ground floor room just awesome- booked again next month. ONLY negative is CHILDREN!!! Absolutely Obnoxious!!! Kids should NOT use jacuzzi as a kids pool with splashing,screaming & peeing Every Adult we met said same. Maybe build a pool for them as such a beautiful relaxing place til IT IS NOT! Memorial Day seemed to be a Kids camp???Go to a water park???

I have stayed here two times. It is a sprawling place with a great pools and outdoor areas. This visit although the rooms have been renovated, the mattress seemed old and soft in places. Also the walls are paper thin and I was kept awake by my neighbors who were just talking. I’ll probably stay here again as I love the location and outdoor areas but bring earplugs.

Under construction. Poorly engineered access from parking lot to rooms. Most entries have high curbs with watch your step signs everywhere. Luggage carts are virtually useless due to high curbs and steps. Poorly kept grounds with trash all over the grounds. Not worth the $200+ stay including room rate, activity fee and pet charge. I’ll stay elsewhere next trip.

They are under construction so it’s pretty rough right now. Room was not ready at check-in and then it was the wrong room type but the staff worked hard to make things right. This will be a great hotel when all the work is done.

The room was very nice, looked brand new. The pillows on the bed were bad though. The breakfast buffet was over priced and was equivalent to a free breakfast at a cheap hotel. Not a lot of variety for $25 per person and also the tip was automatically included. Both my wife and I got sick after eating the eggs. Would not recommend the breakfast buffet. Bar was nice, staff was great. No one alerted me that the hotel was under construction until we got there. I booked way in advance and it would've been helpful to know that beforehand. We had a "lake view" and you can kind of see the lake.

Everything was fine Nice environment, friendly, relaxing The only negative thing is there is no food by 10pm and the breakfast buffet for 25.00 plus the tip was a joke . Not about the money but the poor variety and quality I will visit again knowing to bring my own food
