Buen hotel, lo disfruté muy poco, pero todo excelente

The rooms are always clean and fresh and maintained by the staff daily. Breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods which slight changes were made to items. Shopping nearby is affordable and love the megapolis outlet. The staff were friendly, however most didn’t speak English which made it difficult to communicate. Great experience!

Vert pretty hotel with a great location. A lot of stores, bars and restaurants around.

There seem to be a lack of ventilation in the unit. There was a musty smell from humidity I believe. Carpets in the room was visibly dirty from regular. No microwave wave in the room posed a bit of a problem for folks staying longer than two days and staff would not reheat food for us.

Great location. Lovely room. Enjoyed the restaurant.

Great atmosphere. Staff was very helpful when asking for directions and information, some more than others. Everything was clean. I really liked this hotel and my stay.
