Clean room, friendly staff. Great value for the price.

Hotel McCoy is a cute little hotel/motel within walking distance of restaurants and shops in Pullman. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the bar at the hotel and loved the oatmeal bar with tons of toppings. Would definitely stay here again!

Very dirty. Did not accommodate the reservation for 2 beds, then provided dirty linen for the pull out which had trash and an old sock tucked behind it. Broken blinds. Only giving it a few stars because staff tried to accommodate us (but couldn’t for lack of resources). Owner needs to invest a bit in maintenance of what has potential to be a nice facility.. Fell short of expectations.

Front desk staff all excellent except for female who doubles as a room cleaning person. She argued with me arrogantly about not cleaning the room if someone was in there, repeating it multiple times as if I did not understand. I said the other room svc people did it and it was not an issue and she said they were improperly trained and should not have.

Blankets were dirty with mystery substances and bad odor in room.
