We really enjoyed our stay at Dar El Jeld. The hotel is beautifully renovated, with wonderful facilities, and we truly appreciated our spacious room and the amenities. That said, we did run into some service issues with the front desk. We repeatedly sent messages about laundry, and a change to our pickup time, but didn’t receive acknowledgement until we phoned. We also asked to change a spa appointment time. Initially, we were told it couldn’t be done, and after pressing, a call was made, but we weren’t informed afterwards that the change wasn’t possible. Overall, we loved the property, but feel the front desk would benefit from stronger management support, and clearer follow-up with guests.

Was a large 5 bedroom house, well equipped kitchen, with a very large walled yard. Very private, good view of sea, quiet area, and a friendly helpful host.

Amazing experience, excellent location, amazing staff and beautiful rooms.

Very spacious room, great team of people. Very helpful in setting up a guide for Carthage. The breakfasts were amazing! Thank you for a great stay in Tunis.

Staff were so friendly both morning and night shift. Location is very friendly walkable and close to shopping centers. The Pizza place downstairs is so delicious 😋

This is an awesome place to stay. Staff were incredible. Very helpful. Breakfast was delicious! The rooftop has a view over the water and the city. One of the highest spots in the area. The only drawback would be that the internet is a little spotty. I highly recommend!
