Generally great. I would consider staying at this hotel again for my next HK Trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. Their free shuttle bus was straightforward and convenient (but would be even better if they could extend the time a little longer until 8:40pm instead of 7:40pm).

The hotel staff were polite and helpful, but the room had a musty smell, making it difficult to sleep. We tried two different rooms and they all have similar issues. I think it has something to do with recent heavy rain and carpet flooring. The room also looks worn and dated. We left after one night, even though we pre-paid for 6 nights (non-refundable)

Overall a great stay. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. Shoutout to the kind cleaning lady who helped us plan our trip to Man Mo Miu! The only thing they can improve upon is by making all facilities available 24/7. For example, no one answers the housekeeping/reception phone lines after 10pm and the cafe/restaurant downstairs closes at night so it's difficult to get all day in-room service (so plan accordingly!). The location is also in a very quiet neighborhood and about 5-10 minutes walk to the closest metro station, so you have to rely heavily on the 7-11 right outside. But other than this, we loved our stay and always felt safe and well looked after. Especially recommend this place for family/friends trips where peace and quiet is the preference.

Yuk Yin

This is a really nice and friendly hotel, would consider revisiting in the future. Family oriented and multi-cultural friendly, too! Easy to get to and from airport, the free shuttle service is great as well, location wise, it's very good.
