Didn't get to stay even though paid for room they gave room to someone else, also know they did it to two other people we had all rode over on same shuttle bus. I call this piss poor management. Would never recommend a Doubletree hotel to anyone!!!!!!!!

Everything about this Hotel was excellent. And our room looked out with a perfect view of Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. EPIC!!! Hotel is Centrally Located to all the great historical landmarks of Philadelphia. We saw it all on foot, and never needed to travel out and away. Room service was quick and thourough. AC was great. And the front desk was even prepared with free Ponchos during a suprise downpour. Hotel restaurant was fantastic food and cocktails. Mant great food options all around as well.

Stayed for two nights. Room was not cleaned after first night. Towels not replaced, coffee not replaced. Had to call three times to request fresh towels and coffee. Was told they have 400 rooms and only one person in housekeeping. All three calls we were told someone is coming right up. Eventually someone came. It wasn’t til morning that we discovered they only gave us towels and no coffee. Had to call again at 5 am due to early departure to request coffee & cups and asked for 4 pods, they came and only gave us 2. In addition parking was very inconvenient- was forced to valet due to no spots for handicap available. Construction going on in part of hotel casino tower. Restaurants in hotel casino not appealing. Big convention going on, only two elevators, very crowded and not easy to get to room due to crowds attending venue. Very disappointed.

The room was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar was a fun vibe to watch the world cup games. The drinks were delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
