"Nice hotel, great location for après ski"
The apartments are small but well designed. Good sized bedroom and bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Niseko' best restaurant is attached to the hotel and happy hour at the Gorilla bar was great. The hotel even organised one of their own cars to get us to the bus stop at the Welcome Centre at 7am on the last day.

"Excellent place to stay in Niseko"
Love everything about this accomodation. Location is great near to town and chair lift, ski vallet in particular is fantastic. the onsen is to die for, room is better than expected - too bad we are at the level 2 so can be a bit noisy but not a problem at all. Still very nice place to stay. Wish we could stay longer.

"Nice studio in Niseko"
Nice studio/apt alternative to hotels, very clean and central location in Hirafu. Australian-owned HT Holidays employs English-speaking staff, useful for Western tourists. Staff is friendly and helpful (though taxi reservation they made for me ended up going to wrong location and I missed my train--always double-check!); front desk hours are limited. Use the Niseko passport they provide for discounts, including on NAC rafting in summer--HT booked and it was great (not rough at all, fun Japanese guides, and beautiful scenery--be sure to wear the drysuit so you can jump in the cold water!). If you like the option of more living space and occasionally eating in, this is better than a hotel.

"Good choice"
Always Niseko is a good location hotel in Niseko Village at its' value. Free shuttle bus from hotel to those main ski village and back. Free hotel transport arranged to pick us up and drop us off to the airport liner shuttle bus stop at the Welcome Centre. If you missed the hotel shuttle bus to the ski village, no worries. It is just a 10mins walk to the main Niseko intersection junction where you can find almost every necessities. Me and my friend used to have late night drinks almost every night and we would enjoyed the walk back to the hotel as the last shuttle bus is at 9.45pm. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. They would give us all the food restaurant suggestions and directions. A booklet of good restaurants, Niseko map, shuttle bus schedule are all given upon check-in. They would also help to make any restaurant reservations when needed. They greet us in and out at the entrance despite their 'busy-ness'. There is one thing that I am not happy about. It is regarding the towels. There is no instruction given saying that i have to leave the towels on the floor in order to get changed to new ones. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay in NIseko. Thank you.

"Nice ski in and out location with private onsen"
We have stayed at 3 other hotels in Niseko, but this one had the nicest onsen of all. You can book a private onsen at no additional cost if you wanted. The hotel was very clean and being located next door to the gondola made it very convenient for skiing. The front desk staff did a great job with answering any questions and we're extremely helpful. The rooms were a bit small. My husband likes to stretch a little since he tends to have back problems, but the room was too small for him to do that. This is the first hotel that I have stayed at in Japan that didn't have a bathtub and the shower was very small. I ended up bruising my back on the towel rack that they put in the shower. They also have a mirror in the shower so when you use the toilet it's a bit strange. Storage is not plentiful in the room so things tend to get messy. You really are paying for the location and the great customer service. I hated the ski valet system that they used. At times there was a line and being that most people rent skis this leads to problems as some people get confused about what gear is theirs. The staff then ends up running around trying to help them find things. I had to wait a long time one morning as someone left their gear outside and couldn't find it the next day. The staff politely explained repeatedly that if it's left outside that the hotel wasn't responsible. This should be common sense. Sometimes I just grabbed my gear myself and I never gave them my boots. Good place though.

"Very cute hotel with the MOST amazing staff"
My family and I stayed at Bliss and we were blown away by the staff! They were the most friendly people I have ever met and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! Absolutely a 5 star staff! From the moment we got off the shuttle bus even before checking in the staff was very thoughtful. They provide pickup service from the airport shuttle stop and took us to a convenient store to buy whatever we needed for our room which included a kitchen. After checking in they showed us the town map and how to use the shuttle bus and even had pictures of the busses to ensure we knew which bus was which and where they would take us. They showed us to our rooms which was very spacious compared to our prior accommodations. The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The staff was incredibly helpful, they helped us book massages, dinner reservations, called us taxis when we needed it. Because the hotel is so small the staff really gives everyone amazing service. Many times on our way out they offered us a ride to where we were going instead of waiting for the shuttle. One night past front desk hours we waited for the shuttle that just didn't seem like it was coming, Satoko the front desk manager ended up taking us to our dinner reservations even though it was far past her shift hours. They really make sure your stay is as smooth as possible. We will be booking here again next time we visit!!

"Remote Location. Peace and quiet. Great Onsen."
We stayed in this hotel for a short skiing vacation. The Japanese futon rooms were spacious and the futons were comfortable (for futons!). In the winter months the hotel runs a free shuttle bus to near by Hanozono ski area. You have to sign up for this the night before. Other ski areas are reachable by taxi (about 4000¥ each way to Hirafu). The hotel serves breakfast in the morning, but dinner needs to be reserved in advance. There are no restaurants near by, so we bought food to the hotel or ate out. The Onsen was the highlight of our stay. Beautiful indoor and outdoor areas.

Kutchan is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Kutchan, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Kutchan hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
