"All you need for your skiing trip"
They have lockers at the entrance where you access the gondola so you dont need to carey your gear around. Rental might be a little more expensive than hirafu city centre but the premium is worthwhile for convenience. Little dining choice though

"Excellent staff but onsen was not so good"
The overall experience was good. The staff were helpful and nice. The breakfast was great. However, there were derbits in the onsen and a couple of us felt tichy afterwards, not sure whether it was due to the derbits or not. The hotel was located on the hill and quite quiet. It was a good experience to unwind yourself

"Good Resort - great for skiing"
We had five wonderful days staying at the North Tower of the Rusutsu Resort. Skiing was available for all, from beginners to advanced, with ample ski slopes and great snow. We were blessed with great weather for all five days - clear sunny days and light snow at night. The equipment rental and ski school are within the resort, with a good number of great instructors. Adequate number of restaurants and eateries. Loved the ice cream and the local delicacies. The service is great throughout, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. There was little need to leave the resort for anything and we didn't.

"door to ski slope"
It was a pleasant check in experience, the male check in staff on 08th April was helpful on various aspects. He called the dinner place we intended to go but unfortunately it was closed for the season. He arranged and reserved free shuttle service to Niseko station on our day of check out. He addressed our queries on ski pass even when it was after ski hours. He addressed our queries on transport to Sapporo after we checked out. The room was pleasant, there was no air conditioning as it was winter. Room was too warm even without heater being turned on. Window was opened to allow the room to cool. It was communicated via email that our luggages can be stored at the cloak room after we checked out if we are still skiing, and it was free of charge. The staff on 10th April at the cloak room, only took our luggages but refused to acknowledge our backpacks are also part of the luggage and insisted we rented lockers to keep our bagpacks. She also deflected our question when we enquired about ski pass after ski pass opening hours at the hotel reception.

"Comfortable hotel with clean line decor"
Very plesant 2 nights stay with friendly staff be it at front desk reception or at An Dining restaurant. Special thanks to Hana and her immediate superior who had gone the extra mile to arrange 'special' shuttle drop off for me to Kutchan train station. Special in that I wanted to be at Kutchan train station prior the hotel first scheduled shuttle service at 9am as I was travelling with relatively large luggage and I wanted to allocate time to carry luggage up and down the staircase onto train platform for train bound for Otaru. No elevator or escalator available at Kutchan train station.

Great experience. Very good service provided by the friendly staff. Even though the building is only a short 10-min walk from the main strip, shuttle service is available to take the guests to the JR station and to the main strip. A full 8-course breakfast and a full 10-course dinner are included per night stayed. Great value for money.

Rusutsu is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Rusutsu, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Rusutsu hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
