PLEASE NOTE - ALL INCLUSIVE FROM EXPEDIA DOES NOT INCLUDE ALCOHOL!!!! Arrived at hotel given wrist bands - then Ahh your with Expedia, we were then frogmarched to reception to have our bands cut off and demotted to SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE - which does not include Booze ?? Checked back on Expedia app and booking confirmation - Nothing to Explain and actually said all drinks included -.So huge argument with Expedia via a CHAT ROOM and Management at Hotel!!

The hotel and staff all of them from reception to cleaning staff could not have done more. The animation team world class love them

Check-in experience was extremely unprofessional and terrible. Facilities were too old and the room was too small. Didn’t worth the money we paid!

Busy resort near but not on the beach. Gym is a very small but pool was lovely, if a bit crowded.

Everyday the bar would either run out of some form of alcohol and ice, and instead of going to get replenishment themselves they would suggest to go check in another bar which I believe is poor customer service. As much as the food was great over half the food had no labels so was difficult to know what was key ingredients for the dishes which is a issue if you have allergies (was not asking for a list of ingredients but just to know what a dish is) and due to language barrier this was difficult to understand. The fitness room was no existent no weights machine was available which was a massive no no to come back again, even the cardio machines where basic and virtually of no good also. Overall this resort had so much going for it and the above 3 points addressed would make this a candidate for a future visit, but for now would not really recommend.
