Boris was so sweet and helpful! He made our stay amazing and is so funny!! Without him I'm not sure I would give this place a high rating. I mean it is clean and pleasant but location wise nothing special and it's inside a shopping centre so anyone can get in the lift and could come to our floor, so not really safe. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend due to location only but a big thank you to Boris!!!

The breakfast was really good. Overall experience I would say it’s well priced. I highly recommend.

The hotel is great! Nice rooms, fridge, robes, slippers, mini porch if you request. Its a place close to the center and walkable to everything. Breakfast was a great addition and helped a lot of busy days.

We made the horrible mistake of forgetting our passport at the hotel and thankfully the staff quickly recovered it from the room and headed off to a trusted taxi company ( nova taxi) which then delivered to the airport in time for departure. Thank you Sol Tropikal staff
