Boris was so sweet and helpful! He made our stay amazing and is so funny!! Without him I'm not sure I would give this place a high rating. I mean it is clean and pleasant but location wise nothing special and it's inside a shopping centre so anyone can get in the lift and could come to our floor, so not really safe. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend due to location only but a big thank you to Boris!!!

The hotel was great, quality finishes in the room. Pool and beach were great. Staff were friendly. A great place to stay in Sarande.

Bed and towels reeked of laundry soap and the hotel management told me it was so I would know they were clean. You may like sleeping with your head on a box of Tide or whatever soap they use, however I ended up using my backpack as a pillow as the management was very proud their linens were not rinsed properly and safely. Next time I will just stay else where and pay day use fee for pool ocean access

The breakfast was really good. Overall experience I would say it’s well priced. I highly recommend.
