Beautiful hotel, well kept,clean . Staff were always ready to help and respond very quickly

Let me start off by saying that is NOT a 4 star hotel, so if that’s what your accustomed to, you will be greatly disappointed. Here are the positives. 1. It’s centrally located. 2. It’s clean. 3. The staff are friendly and helpful. Negatives. 1. The rooms are NOT soundproof. You can literally hear everything going on in the hallways, outside, and the rooms around you…EVERYTHING. Bring earplugs. 2. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up and down stairs. Thankfully one of the guys who worked there was available to help me with mine. 3. This is more like a 2 star hotel, so be sure to keep that in mind when booking.

El hotel tiene muy poco personal solo 2 uno en recepcion y uno de oficios varios y entre los dos preparan el desayuno y arreglan las habitaciones parece mas un airb&b que un hotel.

Apartamentos adjuntados a un hotel nuevo, con piscina común pequeñita pero limpia y bien mantenida. Habitación muy cómoda, con baños muy modernos y terraza. Litera para los niños. Los mosquitos nos dieron un poco la noche pero no es culpa del hotel. Personal atento, y todo a 5 minutos andando en la zona más animada de Ksamil y cerca de las playas. Por ponerle un pero, es dificil de encontrar porque son callejones secundarios que derivan de la ruta principal.
