I meant to report this hotel's misconduct to the HKSAR police authority but got too busy. We reserved a room with two beds with private bathroom. Upon arrival, they only gave us a hostel room with a bunk bed with no private bathroom. It was a hostel room and we had to use the shared bathroom outside. They didn't even refund us the price difference. The room condition in that hostel bunk bed room was poor. Lighting was poor, and very old. Most importantly, a hostel bunk bed room without private bathroom was not what we have reserved and paid for.

Bad Hostel

We were not able to check in to this hostel as when we arrive we were told that no room was available. We arrive at 11 pm though it is late their closing time is 12 midnight for check in. There were also other people who were not entertained by this hostel even though they also have a confirmed booking. Good thing we were able to find another hostel. They are not good people and telling people off even having a confirmed booking. We were told that this is a normal thing for this hostel. Not entertaining guest with confirm bookings instead giving thwir rooms to people who are willing to pay for higher price. Don't book with this hostel and don't waste your time with this people.
