I had an amazing stay even through a typhoon. Room was clean, staff were pleasant, the views were amazing, the shopping directly below made me broke. I can’t wait to visit K11 Artus again.

By far one of the best properties I've ever stayed at in my entire life. I've stayed at my fair share of luxury hotels and this definitely tops the list. The view from the harbour-side room is incomparable and definitely well worth it in my opinion. All staff were excellent throughout the stay and accommodating. The hotel itself has a very unique artsy decor and is definitely a unique experience. Shout out to a staff Candace Li, she was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The best interaction with a hotel staff I've ever had. Stay here in Hong Kong, you will not regret it!

Our stay at K11 Artus was fantastic. The view of the harbour from our balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings to see the lights. I would say, staying here was as comfortable as being at home. The convenience of the transportation options made getting around very easy. And the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would suggest a map of the different entrances and possibly an address card, so the taxi's no where to pickup and drop off easily. Other than that, I would highly recommend this property for your stay in HK.

Stunning hotel, very artistic themed, the details and design of the hotel are just mind blowing, can be a bit confusing at first how to navigate the hotel, but will eventually figure it out! The view on 10th floor is just stunning. Location is connected to the mall and go straight to MTR. Everyone is friendly, staff were extremely professional and helpful.
