Okish hotel in some ways. Nice staff in food areas but inimpressed by reception staff. Check in experience was quite bad. Wasn't welcomed warmly at all and wasn't given any information whatsoever on amenities etc. Just given our room card. Room overlooked a rooftop of gravel and had the smell of fresh cat poo for our entire stay. The room itself smelled badly of damp. Room safe didnt work and maintenence man unhelpful and abrupt saying can't fix it and I don't have another one to replace. Pros were nice location on the beach, decent gym and good breakfast options, but sadly won't be returning as wasnt worth the money we paid and we wouldn't recommend.

The best stay I’ve had in all of Europe was at Hyatt Regency, Zadar. The hotel is beautiful and I wish I could have stayed longer. They pay attention to all details of your stay beginning with exceptional staff at check in. If you want a luxury experience in Zadar this is the place.

Perfect accommodation. Fully equipped with absolutely everything you need whether self catering or not. Lovely welcome gift which was a nice unexpected touch. Excellent position with a view of the old town and sunsets over the water. 10 to 15 minutes from the old town and a few hundred yards from a shopping mall housing the Spar supermarket.
