The carpet in the hallway was really dirty. The room had not been mopped and the sheets were stained. On a plus side, there was plenty of towels.

Smelled as mold and cigarettes. Clean but the smell was so strong that I couldn’t sleep.

It is a nice resort hotel but the staffs in the front desk were not really nice. They also didn’t recognize a hilton honor member.

Clean rooms and good breakfast

Everything was great. In my opinion the pictures do not do this hotel justice. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the room itself was very nice. Unfortunately, my experience at check-in wasn't the best. The front desk associate came across as dismissive, particularly when she realized our reservation had been booked through a third-party service. The way she requested an alternative form of payment felt rude and unwelcoming. Additionally, when we got to our room, there was no shower soap in the bathroom. We called the front desk to request some, but it took nearly two hours for it to be delivered. Overall, the property was nice, but the customer service and delayed response to a basic room amenity took away from what could have been a much better stay.
