The photos must be from better times. The bathroom was super old and over used, the window could not be opened so it smelled. At the front door outside it also smelled like Urin. Inside they tried some sweet decorative items, but the place is not well maintained. The only really great part is sitting outside on your private back porch right by the lake, which you can swim in! I wonder if there are better places to stay for that money! Hot Springs is a nice town, went to the pools and had facials, drank a lot of water from the well!

Bed was horrible. Beachfront was way overrated. Only a small area was allocated for beach

Only thing that would have made it better was coffee in the kitchen.

Hosts, Mark and Rhonda, were awesome. They prepared awesome breakfasts each morning. Room was great. Bed and linens excellent. Walking around the property was great. Highly recommend The Reserve.

Home away from home house in a beautiful wooded area. Comforting home with chickens and deer nearby, for a relaxing time visiting with family.
