"Good location...close to city center & University"
Checked in late (about 9 pm) but were warmly greeted by the host and given hot tea, scones, rolls etc. upon arrival. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was quite small even for European standards especially for a family room sleeping 4. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices and cooked to order. Overall a very pleasant experience and would stay again when visiting Cork.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment complete with kitchen and laundry facilities. While we didn't need them, for those staying longer it would be nice place to stay. Don't plan on eating at the restaurant as it is very pricy.

I enjoyed my stay but the room I had had no window - it did have a huge amount of natural light from a conservatory like roof. I could not open any window which was rather a shame. The decor was tired and it was rather dusty everywhere. There are also no grounds to take a proper walk in, only gardens.
The staff were superb and all Communal areas were super. Great wedding location.

A popular holiday resort, Kinsale is popular with tourists seeking gourmet restaurants and sport activities such as yaching, sea angling, and golf. Architecturally significant buildings include St. Multose's Church (Church of Ireland), St. John the Baptist (Roman Catholic), the Market House, and the so-called French Prison (also known as Desmond Castle).
