This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.

We stayed here on our 4th of July trip to Galveston. The room was great. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the AC unit worked very well. My kids had a lot of fun swimming in the pool and playing the complimentary mini-golf. The free breakfast in the mornings was very limited re options, but it was sufficient.

The check-in process took forever. We showed up at 3:30 PM and they told us the room would be ready in 15 minutes. There were several other people who showed up after us that were checked in before us. The cleaning crew was still cleaning rooms between 4 and 5 PM, blocking the hallway with their large cleaning carts. The lobby was very crowded and there were lots of moving parts happening all at once. There was no water or coffee in the lobby, as there had been when I stayed previously. The front desk staff was nice but did not seem to be communicating with each other very well. They did, however, read my notes in the system regarding a request for a first floor room near an exit since I had a service dog and honor that request. They explained that they always have the floor manager doublecheck each room individually before allowing guests to check in, which was why it took so long for check in. -Once we checked in, the room was clean, had an ocean view, and had decent air conditioner. Toiletries were provided on the wall of the shower, which I love. -The pool and hot tub were right on the beach, and it was nice to relax in the hot tub while we were waiting for our room to be ready. Beautiful ocean view with the 4th of July kites right next door to the hotel. Beautiful kite store as well. Easy walk to the Pier, with several fishing/viewing/patio options nearby.

Very charming place to stay. It is clean and modern, but in an old refurbished home, so there is plenty of personality. Nice touches, like snacks, teas and coffees in the common area. It is right next to the train tracks, so expect train traffic. If you want walking distance to Old Towne Spring, this is THE place to stay.

Beautiful Beach View. Having a washer and dryer in the room was very useful.

Perfect room for 2-dogs for 1 night!
