Tried calling to cancel but front desk clerk wouldn’t cancel reservation because it was booked through Expedia. It didn’t matter that it wasn’t my fault that my flight was delayed, (which caused me to miss a funeral). Still ended up having to pay for 1 full night because it wasn’t cancelled 24 hrs in advance.

The location for us was very convenient and even though we didn't use housekeeping services everyday, the room was clean and quiet. Should we come to Texas again, we will stay with you.

The room we were placed in was in poor condition it was clean but things within the room were broken also the buttons for the ac were broken but still functioned and the room had a odd smell along with the rest of the building
