The room was so pretty! We had 4 people in the room and had lots of room for us and all our luggage. The staff was very friendly and recommended a pub to go to. Easily walkable to the main action but far enough away that it was quiet. Would highly recommend

This place was located a short walk away from the main city walk. A short distance to the National Park. It was clean and easy to get to. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Worst experience I’ve ever had

I was there for 2 nights for a wedding. On the second night a friend asked could he stay in the room as there was a spare bed and I said fine. At 2:30am in the morning some thug in a tracksuit knocked on the door while we were asleep and told my friend to get out. I said it’s 2:30am, we’re asleep and it’s raining outside, so no. If there is an issue it can be resolved in the morning and said would pay any difference in price if it’s a serious issue. He said no and essentially threatened us until my friend left. Absolutely ridiculous and would not listen to reason and was threatening. And even after my friend was kicked out I could hear other people upstairs getting sick. What started as a nice place became farcically bad.

Amazing stay wish I was there for longer! Comfortable beds! Newly renovated and very very clean! Tea, coffee, kettle, chocolate, and cookies in the room upon arrival! Perfect location for staying in Killarney as it’s in the middle of the town!
