This staff went over and above to help us when our drivers license and National Park pass went missing. I applaud the polite and considerate front desk staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The property is conveniently located to visit area sites. The breakfast was adequate with typical hotel breakfast foods. My husband enjoyed the eggs and I appreciated the fresh fruit. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel caters to local workers and the front office is not open beyond 9-5. I would not recommend for travelers. Parking strangely cramped up right next to the rooms, despite it being in the middle of nowhere with plenty of space. Staff was friendly on the phone, but non-existent if you show up before 9 or after 5. For the money, it's OK, so long as you know what you are getting into. Rare hotel with freezer in fridge, which we needed, but there were old ice cream bars in there...

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and we got a great deal for dinner and casino play.

The amenities at this resort are super nice. The pool is great, there’s a really nice playground and a jumping pad too. After hours check-in is a breeze. I didn’t super love the actual cabin. I feel like it was inaccurately described as I thought “cabin” meant a stand alone building. The cabin I rented was half of a cabin with shared walls. Traveling with a baby, I really didn’t want shared walls, so if the description had reflected that it was a partial cabin I might’ve booked a different cabin. Overall great property though!

Room was clean. Staff and owner VERY accommodating. For a continental free breakfast, it was better than other hotels I have stayed. Sausages, eggs, coffee etc was cooked properly and not dried out. Quiet location. Only four minutes to the center of Sturgis activities. Will be back !
