Outstanding hotel. Loved the location (off, but not far from, Duval), room was great, and staff was very friendly and accommodating to all requests. Peter and staff were absolutely the greatest hosts. Very helpful and informative for a visitor. Rooms were immaculate as well, and beds so comfy! I highly recommend Silver Palms as it’s great for hospitality, and proximity to Duval.

Chef cooks omelets by the pool every morning. Balconies available with some rooms. Beautiful pool, grounds, laid back atmosphere. Comfortable beds, really nice place.

Where do I start? I typically stay at the big chain hotels, but they were so pricey in Key West that I opted to try the Silver Palms Inn. I was pleasantly surprised by everything about this place; what a gem! The property is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable with comfortable beds. The (saltwater) pool area is the perfect refuge after a long day of walking the streets of Key West. Best of all was the daily omelette served poolside for breakfast. Hot, fresh and delicious breakfast everyday. I loved staying here. Oh, and don't forget free parking on site, a huge perk on Key West.

The only reason I rated cleanliness low was because the floors in the room were not very clean. It was obvious from when we would shower and our feet were dirty very fast. Other than that the staff was fantastic and everything else seemed clean.

Great place to stay. Free parking is a big plus in Key west Had a great breakfast and the sweet lady making the Omlets was extra nice. The only dowside is they need to change out their to soft older beds

Though it was in a nice area, we would not stay here at this property again. It was very expensive for the room AND surprise, they added a $60 daily resort fee. There is nothing about this property that would justify this high fee. We asked the front desk about it and were told the owner requires it. So $500 a night, plus tax, plus resort fee. No thank you. Our room was clean but overlooked a gross space. It was noisy, very noisy. The staff were friendly and nice. Breakfast was not much, and on the two busy days they didn't even provide fruit. We would not recommend this property for the $$ paid.
