The facility is under construction, as I was told, so the pool was not working. But full points to the staff; they were very helpful because we did not have a microwave or fridge in our room, so they provided them and tried their very best to make us comfortable. But I guess it will not be possible during busy holidays. Major red flag....I saw ROACHES behind the fridge!!!!

Great staycation for us! Had an amazing day at the pool. Room was gorgeous and the bedding was so comfortable! Highly recommend staying here!! We will be back

We absolutely loved our stay at your property and will definitely visit again. My daughter enjoyed the beach, paddleboarding, and the lazy river. We also loved making s'mores each night and appreciated not needing to leave the resort for entertainment. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

There were roaches in both rooms we rented. Gross, woke up at 2am to roaches in the bed!!!!!

REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE NOT JUST PAYING FOR THE HOTEL. IF YOU ARE DRIVING, YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR PARKING. It’s $45 to park, unfortunately. And when I asked if parking was free she laughed at me which wasn’t necessary. So you end up paying a lot more. And depending on who’s also staying at the time of your stay, your room will REEK of weed. The shower water pressure sucked, the shampoo didn’t come out of the bottle, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. I woke up 3 times during the night, and when you step the floor creaks. The breakfast was the only thing that really saved it, they had carne guisada which was good.
