Old bathroom, toilet didn’t flush well, sink didn’t have stopper. Water didn’t drain well. Fairly clean.

Everything was great. Would give it a five of breakfast was stronger

Other than the indoor balcony (was not aware at the time of booking), this was a great place to stay on vacation.

Mattress was old and sagged in the middle of the. Breakfast was so so. No bread for toast. Needed extra towels and was told to get them ourselves.

Our room stunk like pet odor or the room had been flooded at one time. It was so bad, we went and purchased room freshener spray to combat the smell. My husband had to fix the toilet to flush properly. Only received room cleaning service once during our 5 day stay and I had to request the service twice. This was not what I expected for a $792.76 stay, especially when one night was $199.20. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

Staff was helpful in providing things we needed.

I had a great stay overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, check-in was quick and easy, and there was plenty of convenient parking. The hotel was clean, modern, and felt well maintained. One thing to note is that breakfast was not included with my stay. I may have misunderstood that when booking, but the hotel does offer breakfast if you order it the day before. If you’re arriving late, keep in mind that you may miss the opportunity to place your breakfast order for the next morning. Overall, I would stay here again and appreciated the clean accommodations and excellent service.
