The staff are wonderful, attentive, charming and incredibly helpful. The game drive's were fantastic with the guide brilliantly knowledgeable, patient and excellent at finding animals to view - we saw a pride of lions relaxing after a hunt, giraffes, zebu, antelope, hippos, baboons, naughty monkeys and hundreds and hundreds of elephants. The best part of Chobe Mopani Forest Lodge apart from the staff is the watering hole. We had breakfast and dinner overlooking the watering hole watching families of elephants visit, drink, play and depart as well as many bull elephants exerting their dominance. Absolutely magical.

Our stay at mopani for 2 nights was incredible, we was a group of 7 friends travelling from Cape Town to Victoria falls camping the whole way. Some friends also upgraded and stayed in rooms for the evening and said it was such a nice experience to see and here the elephants and other animals coming to the watering hole all night . This place was one of the best camp spots for us, it has a very personal touch and the staff are very welcoming, plus they made us an amazing Buffett dinner with a show and around 40 elephants just 15 meters away playing and washing in the watering hole in the evening . An unforgettable experience , thank you Mopani !

Freundliches Personal, das Abendessen war nicht unser Geschmack. Leider war es beim Frühstück nicht anders, als wir zum Frühstück kamen war soweit alles leer und wurde auch nicht wieder aufgefüllt . Kaffee war kalt.u.s.w. In unserem Zimmer waren die Fliegengitter aus der Schiene und nicht funktionsfähig. Die Zimmer nicht besonders schön. Für so viel Geld hatten wir etwas anders erwartet.Wir waren absolut nicht zufrieden.
