Rather underwhelmed! Beautiful hotel, fabulous room with balcony overlooking the town and the red carpet. Obviously the busiest time as we were there for 3 nights just before the KVFF however check in and out was disappointing. Veronika in the spa to be commended for an excellent facial!

We found the staff very helpful and the breakfast was satisfactory. We were completely spoiled with their fixed price 7 course dinner. We were located in the Dependance which was over the road but that did not cause any problems. You have to valet your car as their is very little parking. The hotel is located at the edge of the Old Town which is perfect for sightseeing.

Stunning hotel in the heart of Karlovy Vary. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the stay. The room and amenities were of the highest standard, offering both comfort and luxury. One highlight I’d highly recommend is visiting the Becher Bar—don’t miss their unique in-house cocktails, which were truly exceptional.
