Had a terrible experience with the booking. Won’t stay in your hotel again. Hotel itself was fine, but did have an issue with the front desk clerk not answering the phone. In addition to terrible service with Best Western reservations.

The outside of the place looks awful with the window screens all cut up and the ac units bent up. The room was awful. The arm chair had a huge stain and the fabric was shredded up. Robert greeted me as I walked in. He was very kind and knowledgeable. The hotel is very clean. The room was excellent. Clean, updated facilities and comfortable bed. Easy check in and out. Will stay here again.
