Solo traveler, 2 nights (July 2026). Perfect location on Plaza de la Catedral — everything in Casco Viejo is walkable from the door. My original room had one of the half-height windows (historic building quirk — they feel closed-in); the front desk moved me immediately to a ground-floor room with a private patio. Excellent service. The included breakfast buffet is outstanding and varied, plus complimentary welcome wine, lobby espresso, and a quiet rooftop pool with Cathedral views. Tip: request a full window and avoid plaza-facing rooms on weekends. Exceptional value — would stay again without hesitation.

It’s was bad

The staff is AMAZING!! Kind, friendly and very attentive. The hotel is in a great location. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lovely. No downside to this hotel what so ever. When back in Panama City I will definitely stay here again. It was an overall wonderful experience.

Is was confusing to getting there since the name in the building is nowhere in the listing. That needs to be corrected. Also the first code given to me didn’t work. Besides those two incidents everything else when well. Nice place nice staff clean apt.

Very nice, luxurious even. Spacious. Favorite neighborhood
