Realice mi reservación, llegué al hotel y nunca apareció mi reservación en el sistema del hotel. Me comuniqué con expedía y ellos me indicaron que todo estaba bien, pero el hotel nunca me dio solución. Espere al rededor de 1 hora y media mi grupo y yo. Por más que les dije que tenía factura de pago, reservación y confirmación no fue posible que me dejaran ingresar a descansar.

The rooms air conditioner was horrible and was not capable of cooling the room. bathroom sink leaked constantly I will not be back to planet hollywood

The room was clean, we had to ask for a fridge since the one in the room is only for the mini bar. The AC didn’t work as well as we’d like due to the heat. Housekeeping did check on us every day.
