The staff are so bad so nervous everything you have to pay pay pay even the breakfast we payed and the staff are always nervous so bad people I will not reserve again at alllll

The staff are amazing overall

Terrible hotel, not sure it is more than a two star. The rooms was dingy and smelly and the front staff didnt care at all. I had to go to lobby and ask for toilet paper, which took three trips and finally the security guy gave it to me. Aweful hotel, SKIP IT AT ALL COSTS!

The service standards and food quality has diminished over time. One receptionist was excellent, the rest were not helpful at all. One manager was rude and offered no respect to his guests. On the first morning of our stay we arrived at the breakfast area between 8:30 and 9:00am and the food had finished! There were a number of us who waited to be served and eventually the food was replenished but the range and quantity was well below standard. We have stayed at the Onomo a significant number of times over the years but it will now be the hotel of last resort.
