Great

Great time to safari with a great staff to handle your accommodations and requests. Very incredible lodge and the view is unlike any other lodge due to height and location.

The breakfast was very limited and probably the weakest one I ever had in an hotel. Told the reception that I didn't want any room cleaning, but they still did and when I told them, they should I should have put the sign out but there weren't one to use. The safari that they offered is not to be recommended. had to wait 1h, 45 minutes before it started and the reception and the guide didn't communicate very well about the payment so that was awkward... My mistake, but no AC so the room got quite hot, but it was a nice room with a view. Some staff members were helpful and nice and it compensated.

We really had an amazing stay at the lovely Prideinn Jotel in Westlands, Nairobi. Very comfortable bed, spacious room. Nice shower and a great team, reception team were highly professional and very helpful especially Sophie, Josephine and Winter

Great hotel poor location
