This hotel is the perfect spot in Tbilisi because it is conveniently located at walking distance from all the spots, including the street above it with all the great restaurants (up and to the left, go until you see people eating). The staff were all extremely kind and helpful!

Excellent hotel in a very walkable part of Yerevan, near Republic Square. The room was surprisingly spacious and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff very attentive.

Clean room

It was about average, like a regular hotel. The bathroom in our room was almost broken and quite annoying because water leaked outside the shower area. Getting from the room to the breakfast area was a bit difficult, and the breakfast space was small. The breakfast items were usually cold unless I reheated them in the microwave. The only real advantage was its location, and the housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning the room.
