We had a bit of a mix experience. First room we got a key for ended up being occupied already. Went back to the desk, got a key for another room - again occupied. Went back to the desk, third time's a charm - room was unoccupied and clean. This morning though I see they charged my credit card the hold twice-which is the cost of the room plus 100$ on top of the charge for the room - that's a 600$ total hold on my card for 5-7 business days. Also we met another guest at check out who had also been given a key to an already occupied room, so it doesn't seem to be an isolated issue.

Excellent property. Will definitely stay there again!

The hotel was very loud until 3am. I was barely able to sleep and I needed an early start.

Great amenities, loved that there was free parking and a shuttle to our venue (Comerica Park and Little Caesars Arena). Staff was cheerful and helpful. Room was nice, however needs to be dusted and carpet was stained and dirty. Late night food options were not worth the $.

We got breakfast in the Trolley Stop. It was not busy but we waited over half and hour for our food. It was not hot. And I asked 4 times for more cream for my coffee and never got it. Let me reiterate, it was not busy

Exquisite every part of it was marvelous!!!

Check in and out was very smooth.Staff very nice and helpful.Room, very clean and up to date.We were here for the Woodward Cruise. Been going to the cruise for many years and will be booking this hotel from here on.
