Room doors are very loud when closing which is disturbing when sleeping. You can hear all the sound very loud whenever adjacent rooms doors closed. Wish they provide water bottles for everyone, not just silver and above memberships. This is minimum every average hotel is providing, not sure why it can be implemented here. All others are decent.

Housekeeping was a problem. Original room we checked into looked like the maid had laid on the bed and never straightened it afterward. Second room they put us in had a used washcloth in the shower. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel. They just need to fix their housekeeping staff/process.

The pool was still closed room was clean and staff very nice.

A very nice place to stay, friendly, clean and convenient.

the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, and the morning breakfast lady (Elham?) was very nice and helpful also.

If I have to stay in Livonia, this is my top choice.

Did not have breakfast. The room was dirty as in an area rug kept slipping and when I went to move it dirt fell out all over the floor. Bed was nice as were the linens. Just really looking run down with doors not closing properly and beat up. Staff was excellent!
