Nice stay. Really enjoyed the coffee shop and our meals at the restaurants. We enjoyed walking the property and nearby trails. Alpine tram seemed expensive for a quick ride, so we passed on that option. Spa was wonderful.

I really think we paid way more than the value that they offered. I think even Hampton hotel is lot better. We paid over $500 / night with no breakfast. Bathroom is so small w/ only basic supply. Hotel staff was too busy & informing wrong information . Overall, it is very low quality w/ outrageous price .

I've stayed here before. This time, pile of cigarette butts on the front stoop. Strange odor. From entry was full of shoes and crap. And the upstairs neighbors were thumping around at 6:30 am and all day, in evening. I couldn't bear to spend another night so I checked into a downtown hotel instead. I'll never be back.

The room is clean and has extra space for activities. The laundry has most top load washers, which I like the most.

Historic hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Great little cafe where you can get a good cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich to go. Great location also on Anchorage. We had a huge suite and didn’t arrive until after midnight but front desk folks were super helpful.
