Staff and overall vibe were genuinely nice, which I appreciated. That said, the room didn’t meet basic cleanliness expectations—it felt more neglected than expected. There was also some confusion at checkout about a pillow count, even though I only used one bed. Hoping this was just an off stay, because the people and location have potential.

the rooms are clean but the motel is run down but it's a cheap place for people that don't have a lot of money but staff are friendly and helpful but that's what a lot of places need cheaper prices for poor people

I had a cockroach land on my hand in the first 5 minutes. I killed two more while I was there and one more when I got home. Bed sheets smelled unwashed. Shower was difficult to figure out how to get it to make hot water.

I didn’t even sleep after I enter the room. It wasn’t save for my child. Roaches, AC loud, blind rip apart, door looks like see through. At the back of the room door it has Max big d*ck. Imagine you have a child, will you want your child see those. Nope. They still charge me even though I didn’t sleep there with all those things I saw

First of all the TV didnt work, the refrigerator doesn't work either. All my stuff spoiled. And also someone called the office and was looking for someone, and the white girl with black hair in the office gave my name first a d last, and room number out. Also said we're doing dope. If it wasn't my little cousin who had called looking for her sister and thankfully it was, someone I wouldn't know would have had my information. Im suing. You can count on that.
